Requests, not instant bookings
Submitting the contact form, newsletter signup, or concierge booking block is a request. A tour is confirmed only when we email you a confirmation with date, price, meeting point, and cancellation terms. Prices on the site are starting rates in USD and may change until confirmed.
Cancellation
For confirmed tours: full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before start time. Cancellations inside 24 hours may be charged 50%. We reschedule at no charge if we cancel for unsafe conditions. The confirmation email controls if it differs.
Participation and risk
Jeep, hiking, jet ski, and boat activities carry inherent risk. You must follow guide instructions and safety briefings. Minimum ages apply to some tours. We may refuse participation if we judge it unsafe. A written waiver may be required before departure.
Partner vessels
Boat days and private boat charters may run on partner vessels. The operator named on your confirmation is responsible for that vessel’s safety and insurance.
Website content
Photos, maps, and itineraries are illustrative. Weather, sea state, and road access can change a route. Third-party review platforms and social accounts are linked only when we have a live listing.
Governing law
